I found the location quite convenient, it is right next to the metro station. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They spoke good English, I appreciate that. The room was also cleaned daily, this was nice.

I appreciated the hotel's location near many restaurants and shops. It allowed easy access. the staff greeted us warmly and helped with our luggage, a very nice service. our room included daily cleaning. This kept things tidy and comfortable . i found the proximity to the metro especially convenient for exploring other parts of the city.
I noticed some wear and tear on the stairs. They could use some maintenance, though it wasn't a major issue.

the hotel has an excellent location, this. i booked a triple room. we actually got two rooms and my daughter was very happy with her room in the same appartement. the staff was super friendly, so that was great
the hotel is poorly maintained and the carpet in hallways and stairs is stained. the room was in bad shape with dirty worn walls plus very old carpet. the bathroom was covered in mold and the safe was broken
